Commercial License

For each properly purchased or claimed asset, Finished Paradise grants the named account holder a non-exclusive, worldwide, ongoing license to use, reproduce, modify and combine that asset in personal and commercial projects, subject to this license.

The license covers one individual user and one registered computer. A company may use the asset through that licensed user. Replacing the registered computer requires a license reset. Additional people who need access to the source asset must obtain their own license unless a separate team license is provided.

You may use licensed assets in games, animation, film, video, images, websites, applications, virtual productions, printed media, advertising and client work. You may modify an asset to fit a project and may distribute the finished project to customers or the public.

You may create physical items from an asset when the item is part of a broader creative product or the source file cannot be extracted. Contact us for a merchandise or manufacturing license when the asset itself is the main value of a mass-produced item.

You may not sell, sublicense, share, give away or redistribute an asset in source or substantially extractable form, whether unchanged or modified. You may not upload it to another asset marketplace, stock library, template library, model-training dataset or public repository.

You may provide source files to a contractor only when necessary for your project, provided the contractor keeps them confidential, uses them only for that project and deletes them after completing the work.

Do not use an asset for unlawful, deceptive or rights-violating content. Do not claim authorship of the unmodified source asset, register it as a trademark, or use it to create a confusingly similar competing asset pack.

This license does not grant rights in third-party brands, recognizable people or other material not owned by Finished Paradise. Any listing-specific restrictions shown before purchase also apply.

Finished Paradise and its licensors retain ownership of the source asset. Your purchase provides a license, not a transfer of copyright or other ownership.

Attribution is appreciated but not required unless a product listing clearly says otherwise. If credit is included, “Asset by Finished Paradise LLC” is sufficient.

You may deliver a completed project to a client. The client may use that completed project for its intended purpose, but does not receive a reusable license to the underlying source asset. If the client needs the asset for other projects, the client must obtain a license.

You may not transfer your account license to another person. Contact us before a merger, acquisition or business transfer if continued source-file access is needed.

The license ends if you materially violate its terms and do not correct the violation after notice when correction is possible. On termination, stop new use and delete source copies; lawfully distributed finished projects may remain available unless their continued distribution itself violates rights or law.

A membership ending does not terminate licenses for items properly claimed while it was active.

Assets may be licensed to many customers. No exclusive rights are granted unless a separate written agreement says so. Technical descriptions are provided in the listing, but this license does not promise that an asset will suit every project, platform or software version.
