Digital Delivery & Refunds

Product listings and carts may be visible before a live payment provider is connected. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it, create an order or charge a payment method. A purchase exists only after an enabled checkout displays the final price and the payment provider confirms the transaction.

Prices shown before checkout are product prices. Applicable taxes, network costs or processor fees—if any—must be disclosed by the enabled checkout before confirmation.

When checkout and delivery are enabled, eligible purchases are delivered through the purchaser's account vault or the download method shown at checkout after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by payment confirmation, security review, network congestion or maintenance.

Keep your account email current. Contact us with the order identifier if a confirmed order does not appear. Never send a password, full payment credential or private wallet key.

Access is personal to the purchasing account. Reasonable download limits may be used to prevent abuse. A corrected or updated file may replace the original when a listing contains an error.

Back up downloaded files. We aim to maintain account-vault access but do not promise permanent hosting of every version. Rights properly granted under the applicable license are not dependent on continued hosting.

Because digital files can be copied after delivery, completed digital purchases are generally final once download or access begins, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Contact us promptly if a file is materially different from its listing, corrupt, duplicated in the same order, or cannot be delivered. We may first provide a working replacement, correct the listing, restore access or offer another reasonable remedy. If the issue cannot be corrected, a refund may be issued to the original payment method where supported.

A refund is normally unavailable for a change of mind after access begins, failure to read stated compatibility requirements, lack of skill or software needed to use the item, or dissatisfaction with a characteristic accurately shown in the listing.

This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

If recurring memberships are offered through an enabled checkout, you may cancel to stop future renewals. Unless law requires otherwise or a billing error occurred, cancellation does not refund the active billing period. Any active benefits and end date are the ones shown in the connected account or payment-provider record.

Items properly claimed while a membership was active remain licensed under the terms stated when claimed, subject to reasonable account-security and download controls. Continued hosted access is governed by the file-access section above.

A converter pass provides account access for the stated 24-hour period after confirmed purchase or activation. It does not guarantee that every source file can be converted or that every target format will preserve all features.

If a service failure prevents use for substantially all of the paid window, contact us with the session details so we can review restoration, replacement access or a refund as appropriate.

Network costs, exchange-rate changes and charges imposed by outside payment providers are not controlled by Finished Paradise and may not be refundable. Any approved refund will follow the original payment method and the provider's supported process where available.

Contact us first when practical so we can investigate a payment issue. This request does not limit legitimate dispute or chargeback rights. Fraudulent reversals or repeated abuse may result in account restrictions.
